At The Edge, we give our residents total freedom to furnish and decorate their homes to fit their unique personal style. Every apartment arrives move-in ready, equipped with sleek modern finishes and a private in-home washer and dryer. While our homes come unfurnished, you have complete creative control to design a layout that feels yours from day one.

Security deposit amounts depend on the layout of your new home:

• One-bedroom: $600

• Two-bedroom: $800

To help secure your place in our community, a $600 holding deposit is collected upon application approval, which is applied directly toward your overall move in costs. For two-bedroom homes, any remaining balance is simply due to move in along with your first month of rent.

At The Edge, utilities are billed separately from your rent, giving you complete freedom to manage your monthly usage as you see fit.

Our residents enjoy full flexibility when setting up their home network. You can choose from Xfinity, AT&T, or Sail Internet to find the service and speed that fits your daily routine best.

At The Edge, we make paying rent as simple as it gets for all our residents. Take care of payments online through our resident portal using a card or checking account, or stop by our leasing office with a personal check or certified funds. 

We like to keep our fee structure simple and transparent for our residents. The only additional charge on your monthly bill is a $3.90 utility administration fee, which covers water, sewer, and trash processing.

We love welcoming your friends and family to The Edge! To ensure every resident enjoys a peaceful and secure environment, overnight stays are welcome, though stays extending past two weeks simply need prior approval from our leasing office.

Power up your ride at The Edge! We have EV charging stations on site, though please note there is currently a waitlist, so reach out to our leasing team to get your name added.

We have you covered! Your move in costs include your initial rent along with any standard lease charges and the remaining security deposit balance.

We understand that plans can change. Ending a lease early comes with an early termination fee equal to two months rent, plus repayment of any concessions if applicable. Our team is always here to guide you through the details.

Moving out should be just as stress free as moving in! A 30 day notice is required prior to your move, and our team will guide you through the final walkthrough process to ensure everything goes smoothly.

You can expect your security deposit refund within 21 days after your move out, in accordance with California state guidelines.

Our team works to address maintenance requests within 24 to 48 hours. Please keep in mind that requests requiring special parts or an outside vendor may take a little longer.
